Living lab and pilot site
We involve local users, run co-creation workshops, carry out the pilot, monitor indicators and evaluate the results.

Technology partner
We build the digital solution: platform, process automation, data integration and AI with human oversight. We validate it in the field and prepare it for transfer to other regions.

Local network
Access to municipalities, local action groups, tourism organisations, providers, farms and cooperatives, and dissemination of results through training and events.

Join the ZIP network. When a project takes shape that matches your needs, we invite you to take part – as a pilot partner, a user or a consortium partner. You gain knowledge, solutions and funding that are hard to reach alone, and projects gain pilots built on real needs.
Experience
We have worked with Interreg Slovenia – Austria, UIA – Urban Innovative Actions and LEADER, and Janja Viher leads work packages in four Horizon Europe consortia. The technology side is led by Branko Kmetec, with more than 30 years of experience in digital processes and AI.
