Within the development process an analysis of the existing organization and business model ready for a unified organization and management of the implementation structure supply public libraries with library materials will be elaborated. The business model will serve as a basis for testing the eligibility of reorganization and cost-effective implementation of the targeted activities and the introduction of a business model in practice.
